The Board sees extraordinary commercial potential in the unexpected side effects of Project LATHE 2, as identified by our colleagues at Los Alamos. Specifically: the convergent extrasensory activity among test subjects relating to the so-called "Skinner Man." The hallucinations are remarkable in their own right, but the fact they are shared between disparate Reagents is extraordinarily provocative. Reagent hallucinations have been steadily increasing, correlating directly with seasonal change, despite the Sinyala Facility's complete removal from variation in light and temperature. Accordingly, so-called "Geisterprozess," convergent hallucinatory Trials will be run for the final weeks of October, using chemical encouragement administered to Reagents specifically per the direction of Dr. R. Wernicke. Any benefits of the additionally incurred trauma will be rolled into future iterations of the Trials, and may justify budgetary amortization with ongoing research in Los Alamos and Colorado.
