A. Bradley--
I am very curious what you've been up to at Sinyala. My department was tasked with supplying support for a Dr. Wernicke's travels to Haiti following his time visiting your program, with a provocative degree of secrecy. Maybe I can arrange for a reason to visit Sinyala, if I'm not stepping on anybody's toes.
Dr. Newhouse agrees that an exchange of patients could be a worthwhile endeavor. Our most violent patients are kept chemically restrained at a near-catatonic base level, but we will selectively reduce dosage in order to test for the behavioral markers you noted. Please see the attached roster of candidates, (one young lady has a bit of experience with Dr. Wernicke I believe you may find interesting.) Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Signed,
Silas Knisely
