You must have seen the results of our brief repetition of the Toxic Shock program, inspired by our consultants from Kress Chemical. While not definitive, they displayed possibilities I find enormously provocative. I would strongly recommend authorizing the Kress request for further materials, irregardless of budget. I have not been so strongly arroused[sic] by scientific possibility in years.
