SCARFIOTTI- ... one more small item. The cleanup crews are requesting more money. Their piece of the budget is miniscule, we could double it and I doubt the brass would even notice.
AVELLANOS- Budget's locked, it'll have to wait a couple months.
SCARFIOTTI- Cleanup's not wrong here. It's a mess in there. T.B. and Hepatitis rates are going through the roof. We're having to send the chum buckets back two or three times.
AVELLANOS- I'm sorry, 'chum buckets?'
SCARFIOTTI- Clean-up crew's nickname for the Biohazard Disposal Shuttles. Listen, there's no shortage of burying space in the desert. We just needs hands to process and package the bodies.
AVELLANOS- Moses, what can I say? The budget's locked. Until the next cycle, cleanup's gonna have to make do with what they've got."
