Dear Sirs,
The facility-wide security review of the Sinyala Facility has been completed. What few vulnerabilities were exploited by research subjects following lapses in protocol by our former head of the Department of Historical Refinement have all been sealed and hardened.
We left an obesrved[sic] breach open during renovation, leading to an as-of-yet unused Trial Environment called PROJECT SCAVENGER, (Reagents will be inserted into a Trial without an ESOP, forced to scavenge Rigs from bodies.) We observed which research subjects would be willing to explore an obvious off-limits area, and have noted their files as likely accomplices of Amelia Collier, and subjects for increased scrutiny.
Construction of the Enclosed Mall Trial Environment is complete, please see attached specs for security costs associated with containing the Kress Twins Prime Asset. The substructure of the next Trial Environment is underway, and research teams are en route to the site of the original crimes while the weather is still warm enough for the roads to be passable. The good work continues apace.
