Effective immediately, our cost of transport for patient volunteers to the Sinyala Facility will be cut by roughly 72%.
We can safely transport fifty sedated and hooded Experimental Population Volunteers per cattle car; using trucks only for the last 85 miles from Williams, AZ.
Expect Experimental Population Volunteers to require extra sanitization. The stink is considerable.
We will continue to transport beef in cars for return trips. Sanitization of human waste from the cattle cars will not be necessary, thanks to recent rollbacks in regulation. (The savings here aren't significant, but every bit helps.)"
