Our compatriots at Los Alamos have identified extraordinary commercial potential in unexpected side effects of Project LATHE TWO, as expressed in, among others, Reagent 0877, (please reference earlier results.)[1][2][3][4]
Specifically, the convergent extra-sensory activity among test subjects relating to the so-called "Skinner Man." The hallucinations are remarkable in their own right, but the fact that they are shared between unrelated Reagents in separate Trials is extraordinarily provocative.
Dr. Wernicke has been tracing the increase of Reagent hallucinations, correlating directly to seasonal change, despite the Sinyala Facility's complete removal from outside variation in light and temperature.
Dr. Wernicke is proposing Trials in convergent hallucination titled PROGRAM GEISTER, centered on a specific schedule of chemical encouragement and guided trauma. Results will be shared with Los Alamos and Mount Massive, the budget accordingly amortized. Our Agency partners have already expressed interest, and we can expect outside funding to put us in the black even before exploitation of Trial results.
