BARANCZYK: If I can speak frankly, there are concerns from The Board.
EASTERMAN: I'd be more than happy, I'd be eccstatic[sic], to speak to The Board directly.
BARANCZYK: I made the trip. They've reviewed your proposal for PROJECT INVASION, and especially considering the recent patient transfers from Mount Massvie[sic].... Well. There are concerns.
AVELLANOS: You could be more specific.
BARANCZYK: You're only a few monts[sic] past a near-total security collapse, who knows how many escaped Reagents still at large...
EASTERMAN: We've pivoted on that. We've activated resources, turned it into an opportunity for further learning...
BARANCZYK: And now you want to give these same Reagents weapons?
EASTERMAN: It's a matter of trust. A gift. A phalic[sic] totem to engender a sense of confidence and love.
