DOCTOR'S NOTES
Extremely dangerous, heavy chemical and physical restraints required for transport and maintenance. Be very careful to avoid accidental contact with groin area, Heavy Ex-Pop are easily aroused and difficult to disengage.
Childish cognition useful- they will believe anything. Tooth Fairy, The Constitution, Santa, etc.
