Dear Sirs,
With the new Trial Environment closing in on completion and activation, I want to be on the record requesting additional security. In order to make this a functional heroin refinery, we are necessarily giving Reagents and Experimental Population access to highly corrosive and combustible chemicals, which could potentially be used to threaten the integrity of the enclosure.
I've expressed these concerns to lead scientist Dr. Easterman, and expect any security failures to be taken as his responsibility.
