Pulitzer is an achievement/trophy in Outlast. To achieve it, the player must collect all documents and acquire all notes by recording various events in the asylum. If Xbox One players choose to do so, they will forfeit the Claustrophobe achievement, as it requires the player to finish the game without hiding under the beds or inside lockers.
