Dear Sirs,
You'll find attached the budget report for construction of the Inter-Trial Environment Shuttle Switching System. This will be the sole construction cost for a newly implemented ESCALATION THERAPY program.
As Reagents adapt to the therapy, we've noticed a diminished return of trauma on our cost of abuse. I've developed Escalation Therapy as a method of compounding the effects of dismantling their psyches, adopting a "war of attrition" approach. As you can see, the additional costs to infrastructure are minimal.
I understand Moses Scarfiotti has expressed some doubts about the security of the shuttle switching system, but I see this purely as "covering his ass," as he designed and engineered the actual system, and any responsibility for security shortfalls should fall squarely on his shoulders.
