Initial Main Page Construction
Alright, the first thing I want to mention is that the "What is Outlast?" line appears to be the same colour as the background, black. What's wrong with white? ^^ And in my humble opinion it could also be left-bound with an underline, just like "Welcome to the Outlast Wiki".
Second thought: Change the sentence "Outlast is an psychological horror game, begin developed by Red Barrels". My suggestion is delete the comma and the begin ( , begin ). Or maybe just take the description from Wikipedia?
In the remote mountains of Colorado, horrors wait inside Mount Massive Asylum. A long-abandoned home for the mentally ill, recently re-opened by the "research and charity" branch of the transnational Murkoff Corporation, has been operating in strict secrecy... until now.
Acting on a tip from an inside source, independent journalist Miles Upshur breaks into the facility, and what he discovers walks a terrifying line between science and religion, nature and something else entirely. Once inside, his only hope of escape lies with the terrible truth at the heart of Mount Massive.
That passage is from Red Barrels directly, so why not use it to describe the game?

On second thought, I may have missed the point of the headline. "What is the game about?" demands a description of the game itself, not just the story. So the first version may actually be better.
I think it should include an introduction to the story and the gameplay mechanics, such as the definition survival-horror game, no weapons and the hiding system. Hm. Something going in the direction of "You play Miles Upshur, an investigative reporter who follows a lead about secret Nazi experiments to Mount Massive Asylum. Inside, he finds himself trapped and the patients and the staff brutally murdered by the escaped test subjects. With nothing armed but his camcorder, he ventures through the unlit areas of Mount Massive Asylum, always hiding from the strong and agile experiments to try and uncover the mysteries behind the asylum while staying alive.".
Some changes here and there could and most likely will follow, but this was just to give a general direction. As always, I could be wrong too. (Sleepy btw and going to bed now.)
In several Outlast 2 pages like Knoth and Lynn it says they died in 2013 which implies that Outlast 2 occurred in 2013. However, the note Old Traveler is dated 2015 so there's a little confusion there. If possible can we clear this up?
Everything in-game points to 2013, Red Barrels stated that it takes place shortly after the events at Mount Massive, they've made these date mistakes before, such as a document in the original was supposedly written after the events had already taken place. You can view Outlast's entire timeline for more info.NewGenTV (talk) 19:16, June 7, 2017 (UTC)
