SUB: COMPLETED & RELEASED REAGENT SURVEILLANCE 1616

Day 11 of Reagent 1616 surveillance. Subject fired from shoe department of store after groping customer.

Later observed in heightened emotional state. Trigger test at 4:10pm with exceptional results. Successfully neutralizes before anybody hurt.

Subject displaying lapses in memory, and sporadic bouts of near-catatonic behavior. Possible side-effect of triggered amnesia.

Subject observed inebriated, pisses on steps of Presbyterian church.

Weather cleared at nightfall and subject was observed wandering town, placing coins, blades, tools and other metal objects against eye and in mouth. Subject turns slow circles and stops facing west/northwest. From four different locations, subject always stopped facing west/northwest. I estimate heading about 315 in all cases. Curious behavior."
