LAWLER: Supposed to be harder to tap. Can you hear me alright?
AVELLANOS: You should just make the trip.
LAWLER: Believe me, I want to. But I'm in Morocco. The Africa situation's getting out of hand. We're gonna have a dozen brand-new nations by the end of summer. We're offering our partners some assistance, we may need a hand from Murkoff.
AVELLANOS: Africa. What is this about, landing strips?
LAWLER: Mines. We've got surveys showing the uranium lodes have the potential to be just incredible. If we have any chance of outpacing the Soviets, this is where we do it. Tell your people to expect a call from the Staatsveiligheid.
AVELLANOS: You're gonna have to spell that for me."
