You've only got one job and it's to keep our Reagents' Experimental Special Operations Platform working. That means fixing them when they break. It also means upgrading them to withstand shifting conditions inside the Trials. We've repeatedly seen Sergeant Coyle disabling toasters with his electric prod.

We're trying to maintain a balance of trauma and opportunity inside the Trials and we can't do that if test subjects like Coyle are able to sabotage our machinery. Figure it out. You're no longer working for the military, "good enough" is not good enough.

Let me remind you that this is the sort of organization where people don't get fired.
